Ricrecruit is looking for an Engineering Manager (Full-Stack & DevOps) to join an innovative AI-driven company. Our client is at the forefront of AI innovation, transforming legacy systems into modern, scalable, and efficient solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is ideal for a seasoned engineering leader with a strong technical background, excellent team management skills, and experience driving software development at scale. You will lead remote teams across frontend and backend development, collaborating with senior leadership to shape the company’s technical strategy, software architecture, and engineering culture.

📌 This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in LATAM.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a fully remote engineering team (~20 engineers across frontend & backend)

• Define and execute technical vision & strategy in collaboration with CTO & Chief AI Officer

• Oversee software architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability

• Drive project execution, manage timelines, and allocate resources efficiently

• Promote best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps (CI/CD, containerization)

• Foster a collaborative & high-performance engineering culture

• Provide mentorship & career development for engineers

• Stay ahead of emerging trends & AI technologies to drive continuous innovation

  
  

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles

• Hands-on experience with frontend & backend technologies (React, Python)

• Strong expertise in DevOps, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Pulumi

• Software architecture expertise – ability to design scalable, maintainable systems

• AWS experience, ideally with certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer)

• Proven ability to manage & scale remote engineering teams effectively

• Track record of delivering complex projects on time & within budget

• Excellent leadership, communication, & organizational skills

• C1/C2 English proficiency (advanced/proficient level required)
