AI Engineer – LATAM

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement machine learning (ML) systems for AI-driven products

• Research and deploy LLMs and Generative AI models

• Optimize and fine-tune ML models for performance and scalability

• Run ML experiments, perform statistical analysis, and improve model accuracy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions to enterprise clients

• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices

🔹 What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of hands-on ML experience (startup or enterprise background preferred)

• 6+ months of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) & Generative AI

• Strong Python programming skills

• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn)

• Expertise in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and microservices architecture

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

🔹 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required!)

• Experience in AI agent development, model fine-tuning, or data privacy

• Knowledge of MLOps, security, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

• Familiarity with Terraform, Pulumi, PySpark, or quantization techniques
